Awarding of the Negin Neighborhood Design Competition in Islamshahr

Tehran Housing Development Company is one of the affiliated companies of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and one of the active companies in the country’s construction industry, which aims to mass housing, invest and provide engineering services nationwide. Considering the importance of promoting architectural and urban design competitions, as well as creating healthy competition among designers in this field and related disciplines, and as a result, achieving efficient architecture and urban development in line with culture, climate and environment, Tehran Housing Development Company proudly held the Negin Islamshahr Neighborhood Design Competition. This project involves designing a neighborhood within the scope of the Islamshahr detailed plan. The land in question is located in the north of Vavan city, near Ghadir Highway and Ghadir Square, and its residential plots have an area of ​​120,925 square meters. These plots are divided into different uses, including residential, commercial, green space and seven services. The size of the residential plots varies between 400 and 5,000 square meters. The land in question is barren and has no building massing.
